Daniel Lipscomb

Since joining the team in 2012 Daniel has made a strong contribution to some of Meridian 105’s most significant work. As an designer Daniel approaches the use of materials with a critical eye. His commitment to authentic and sustainable materials drove him to spearhead the shou sugi ban manufacturing process on the 18th & Boulder townhomes. Over the past ten years he has worked on a wide variety of projects from single-family homes to mixed-use infill structures, apartments, hotels, and more recently some of the firm’s integrated food and beverage and entertainment concepts. Daniel’s areas of expertise include multifamily housing, office and retail, enclosure design, and technical detailing. Additionally, with his dual degree in interior design and architecture, Daniel spearheads the firm’s interior design endeavors.

Daniel is a licensed architect and holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Kansas and a Bachelor’s of Environmental Design from the University of Missouri - Columbia.
