The Bell and Palmer is a new mixed-use development in Denver’s LoHi neighborhood, positioned at the corner of 31st Avenue & Zuni Street. The project incorporates 114 apartments, restaurant, retail, and below grade parking into

two buildings separated by a public alley. Street side colonnades with outdoor patios create pockets of social space along the pedestrian corridor that runs through the neighborhood.
